My life, my friends, my way... |
A little glimpse into my thoughts, and my journey in becoming an adult... |
Sorry that it has been so long since the last post. It has been a very long month! I have been very busy programming away, and I have been trying to finish up school.
Speaking of school, I have decided to go back to UTC and finish my Bachelor’s Degree. I have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming, but I decided it would be in my best interest to go ahead and go back. So, next semester I will be back at a real university! Yay. He are some of the highlights of the semester:
CPSC 305 - Digital Logic/ Intro to Computer Hardware
Should be an easy enough and interesting class. I know a little about hardware, but not a lot. Should be pretty fun.
CPSC 335 - File and Database Processes
Ugh, doesn’t really sound fun. Databases really aren’t my thing. I find it semi-boring. It is just a structures class that explains how the computer stores file info, and the sorting algorithms around these topics.
CPSC 375 Information Security and Assurance
This is actually what my major will be. So I am very interested in this class, and the topic of information security.
I have other classes, but those seem to be the high points.
I have also taken an interest in game development as of lately, and I am going to try and start developing something myself. I am trying to get my friend Brian in with me, so we will see what happens in the future, I will keep everyone updated as the story, and game progress. Here are a few cool games I would like to base it off of:

Things are gonna be pretty hectic for the next two years!
I am not going to have too much of the personal life on here, as I don’t believe in having my life on the interwebs anymore, but I am getting married in May of 2011! I have a beautiful, amazing fiancée, and I am excited to start a great chapter of my life. :)
I am going to try to post a programming article next time, for you techies.
I am going to play Counter-Strike. If you don’t have it, get it, and contact me on Steam!
